We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair for both our guests and our business. Please review the details below before booking:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

2. Early Departure

Guests who leave before their scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for unused nights.

3. Monthly Reservations

• 30-day notice required for cancellation to receive full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations under 30 days notice will forfeit the deposit.

4. Holiday or Special Event Periods

No refunds within 14 days of arrival during major holidays or special events (e.g., Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day).

5. Weather Policy

We do not offer refunds due to weather unless the park is officially closed due to severe conditions.

6. Reservation Modifications

• Changes to dates must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Date changes within 7 days may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.

7. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
