Welcome to RV Stay Hub! By making a reservation or entering our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. Reservation & Payment

• All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices quoted do not include taxes or additional service charges unless specified.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Failure to check out on time without notice may result in an extra night’s charge.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate information during booking.
• Site assignments are based on availability. We reserve the right to relocate guests to a similar site if necessary.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must check in at the office and may incur a guest fee.

4. Site & Property Rules

• Keep your RV site clean and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests.
• Campfires are only allowed in approved fire rings and must be extinguished when unattended.
• Speed limit inside the park is 5 mph for the safety of all guests.
• Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or harassment will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Pet Policy

• Friendly pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Aggressive breeds or animals displaying disruptive behavior may be restricted.

6. Liability & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, utilities, or landscaping.
• RV Stay Hub is not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
  • Injuries or accidents occurring on-site due to guest negligence
  • Weather-related power outages or interruptions in utilities

7. Utilities & Hookups

• Tampering with electrical, water, or sewer hookups is strictly prohibited.
• Sewer connections must be securely fastened with an airtight seal.
• Excessive use of water or electricity may result in additional charges.

8. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all posted park rules and staff instructions.
• Firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• In case of emergency, contact park staff immediately or dial local emergency services.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

10. Right to Refuse Service

RV Stay Hub reserves the right to:

• Refuse service or entry to any guest who does not comply with park rules.
• Remove any guest without refund for disruptive behavior, safety violations, or property damage.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the property, making a reservation, or using any park services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
